  • Rates & Delivery: Charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery delays are possible.
  • Shipment Confirmation: Email with tracking number sent upon shipping.
  • Customs & Taxes: Customer responsibility.
  • Damages: Contact the shipment carrier for damaged orders. Go Cremation is not liable for shipping damages.

Return Policy

  • Duration: 30-day return policy.
  • Eligible Items: Non-personalized, unused items in original condition.
  • Non-Returnable: Personalized or used items. Items with custom engraving are ineligible for our 30-day return policy.
  • Process: Email clients@gocremation.ca to initiate a return. We cover return shipping costs. Refunds are issued upon inspection.
  • Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items.
  • Inquiries: Contact clients@gocremation.ca with questions.

    1-2 Business Days After Order Processing: We hand your package to Purolator. You’ll receive a Purolator tracking number and a shipping confirmation via email. This tracking number activates our live tracking updates feature, enabling you to receive email notifications at key milestones during your package’s transit. Stay informed in real time as your order makes its way to you.

    Purolator Express®: Ideal for urgent needs, offering next-day and same-day deliveries domestically and internationally with service levels like Express 9 AM, 10:30 AM, and Evening.

    Purolator Ground®: Cost-effective for less urgent, standard shipments across Canada, with variable transit times based on location.

    Purolator International®: Supports expedited and economy shipping from Canada to the U.S. and worldwide, catering to both urgent and regular delivery requirements.

    Purolator Freight®: Tailored for large or heavy shipments, providing options for expedited and standard freight delivery within Canada and to the U.S.

  • Will someone need to sign for my package?

    At Go Cremation, we understand the sensitive nature of our services. To ensure convenience and respect for our customers’ preferences, we do not automatically require a signature for package deliveries. However, we recognize the importance of security and personal comfort. If you prefer to have your delivery signed for, please let us know by including a note in the order comments.

  • What is your policy on lost or damaged items?

    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact customer service as soon as possible to update your delivery address. Once an order is in transit, changes might not be feasible.
