- Processing: Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends/holidays. Delays may occur during high volume.
- Rates & Delivery: Charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery delays are possible.
- Shipment Confirmation: Email with tracking number sent upon shipping.
- Customs & Taxes: Customer responsibility.
- Damages: Contact the shipment carrier for damaged orders. Go Cremation is not liable for shipping damages.
Return Policy
- Duration: 30-day return policy.
- Eligible Items: Non-personalized, unused items in original condition.
- Non-Returnable: Personalized or used items. Items with custom engraving are ineligible for our 30-day return policy.
- Process: Email clients@gocremation.ca to initiate a return. We cover return shipping costs. Refunds are issued upon inspection.
- Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items.
- Inquiries: Contact clients@gocremation.ca with questions.
